By entering any sweepstakes ran by Colony Limo, you agree to abide by the following terms.
- Only one voucher would be issued per winning trip confirmation per sweepstake.
- Colony Limousine, its staff, and its owner reserve sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning sweepstakes and interpretation of sweepstakes rules.
How to Enter/Eligibility
- At least one purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes.
- One purchase equals one entry. There is no limit to how many entries one person can have per month.
- Sweepstakes contestants must be over 18 years of age and legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia to enter unless otherwise specified.
- Keep your email address current. If we cannot contact you by email, you forfeit your winner’s status.
Sweepstakes Deadlines
- Each sweepstakes will end on the last day of the month.
- All reviews and Facebook Likes must be submitted on or before midnight CST on the last day of the month.
- Monthly drawing will take place on the 1st of the month, following the month of your date of service.
- The voucher would be issued on the first day of the following month.
- The voucher would be valid for up to 1 year after date of issue.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner for the month of the following month of service.
- The winning trip confirmation will be announced on the first of the month and would be posted on our Blog and the winner notified via email / phone.
- The odds of winning will vary from month to month due to the number of entrants.
- The entrants will be entered into a random drawing and the winner will be randomly selected.
- All drawing winners will be displayed on our website.
- A representative from Colony Limousine will contact the winner by email to confirm winnings.
Winner Disqualification
- If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable amount of effort or has been made to notify the winner of the prize, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the winning prize.
- If a winner does not get in touch with Colony Limousine within 5 days of winning, the winner forfeits his/her prize and a new winner will be randomly selected.
General Conditions
- Prizes may not be substituted or transferred by any sweepstakes/sweepstakes winner and a winner may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the price in lieu of the prize.
Sweepstakes Contestant Release
- Acceptance of prize constituents’ permission to use winners name and photo for promotional purposes.
Privacy
- Colony Limousine will not sell your address or personal information.
Liability Release
- Winner agrees to the terms and conditions in this release and will not hold Colony Limousine or its partners responsible for any harm or damage that may happen.
