Parking - If you opt for safe and reliable transportation to the Rodeo or Rodeo Cook-Off with Colony Limo, we will drop off and pick up in Green Lot, delegated for Limo services. - Rodeo Cook Off / World’s Championship Bar-B-Que
The Rodeo kicks off with the city’s biggest Pre-Party! It is a 3 day Texas Style Bar –B- Que Cook Off where over 250 teams compete. Along with the food, there is live music and dancing Miller Lite Garden, Rockin’ Bar-B-Que Saloon and a complimentary chopped beef sandwich plate at the Chuck Wagon
The Children’s Carnival is also open during the cook off.
- Concerts at the Hide out Calendar
A full month of concerts including big name stars in many genres like country, pop, hip hop, R&B and Tejano. See the Annual Calendar for the full Line up.
- Rodeo Houston
Where else to witness the best Bull riding than in Houston, TX! Rodeo Houston gives all a chance to see the old cowboy competitions which include chuck wagon racing, Barrel racing and one of the favorites, Mutton Bustin’! Mutton Bustin’ completion is where 5-6 years olds try to ride sheep! Rodeo Houston offers much more!
- Livestock Show
Here you have an opportunity to meet the competing, goat, sheep, pig, horse and cattle. There various farms, adults and children that have been rearing these animals for the completion.
- Horse Show
These shows comprise of Horse breed competitions, showcasing, riding, branding, and racing competitions and much more! Donkey Showcases and Horse riding whilst shooting at targets are amongst some of the more intriguing competitions.
- Activities
To entertain the light at heart adults and kids is the busy Carnival throughout the entire Rodeo. There is also Kids’ Country and Adventure where the kids can greet little farm animals hands on.
